The Client: Our client, a long-established portfolio management firm with an excellent record of managing the wealth of HNW clients, seeks a professional Clients Service Associate for their growing team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for supporting the Portfolio Manager by nurturing relationships with long term High Net Worth clients and providing optimum administrative and client support to the portfolio management team.

Duties: As the Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a high-level of administrative and client support to the Portfolio Manager
- Be the chief point of contact with HNW clients; respond to phone calls, emails and requests for information
- Liaise with dealer, custodian, and third-party product suppliers
- Onboarding new clients and updating KYC's
- Preparing client files for meetings and follow up on post meeting tasks
- Executing trades and tracking buy/sell/switch spreadsheets
- Database management, booking client appointments, and preparing tax receipts
- Preparing professional correspondence, presentations, reports, documents, and files
- Calendar management and scheduling meetings
- Maintain account lists and compile statistical information and reports (i.e. monthly cash/interest reports)
- Build relationships with clientele that instills client confidence and a positive customer experience
- Ensure smooth, compliant, and consistent operation of the practice
As the ideal candidate you possess:
- A minimum of 3 years investment advisor/PM support experience in an CIRO/IIROC dealer environment
- An excellent understanding of the operations of an advisor/PM practice
- Great client service skills and enjoy engaging with clients
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) though not required is a definite asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with other team members and clients.
