Akkodis is seeking a QAT (SAP HR/HCM/Payroll Specialist ) for a Contract position with a client in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Ideally, the successful candidate will have strong hands-on SAP HR/HCM experience and with Canadian Payroll year-end activities with wage and hour payroll practices and Waterfall and Agile delivery framework (Some experience in SAP SuccessFactors). The preferred candidate for large Canadian Banking/Financial Enterprise clients.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Minimum working experience of 5+ years as a QAT.

2. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM is required.

3. 5+ years of exp with Canadian Payroll year-end activities with wage and hour payroll practices is a must. Experience in various SAP Canadian payroll Infotypes in PA30, personnel actions using PA40, and payroll process

4. Strong experience working with integration functionality between Payroll and Finance postings is required.

5. 5+ years of Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation such as test plans, test scenarios, test case,s and test result reports.

6. Strong Microsoft Office skills required. (VLOOKUP, pivots, databases)

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is an asset.

• Sound knowledge of Waterfall and Agile delivery framework.

• Excellent knowledge of testing standards and methodologies.

• Intermediate SQL (Structured Query Language) skills

• Working knowledge of Jira

Best VS. Average Candidate:

The ideal candidate must have very strong experience with SAP Canadian Payroll and Strong knowledge of testing standards & methodologies.
