We are currently recruiting for an experienced part time receptionist in the Guelph area! This role will be covering a leave for a short term. Monday to Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm Job Duties include but are not limited to: - Managing phone calls, transferring them to the correct person, and providing accurate information. - Welcoming guests, directing them to the appropriate person or office, and ensuring a pleasant waiting experience - Keeping the front desk tidy, ensuring supplies are stocked, and creating a welcoming environment. - Maintaining accurate records, filing documents, and entering data into computer systems. - Proficiency in using computer software for data entry, record keeping, and communication.
