Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a proactive, engaged safety culture across all Inland Steel Products locations
  • Lead incident investigations, analyze trends, and develop key safety performance indicators
  • Manage compliance with safety management platforms (SiteDocs, ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, Avetta)
  • Deliver safety orientations, training sessions, and support site-specific safety programs
  • Conduct regular site safety audits and inspections, providing actionable feedback
  • Lead COR audits and maintain COR certification for all branches
  • Collaborate with leadership and staff to promote safe work practices and continuous improvement
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure ongoing compliance with industry safety standards

What You Bring to the Table

  • A Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in a safety-related role, preferably within an industrial setting
  • NCSO (National Construction Safety Officer) certification or equivalent
