Job DescriptionRequired Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle EPM, including at least 4+ years in ARCS
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation processes and financial close lifecycle
- Experience configuring ARCS profiles, formats, rules, and workflows
- Proficiency in Oracle Data Management, FDMEE, and Smart View
- Integration experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and/or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of ARCS transaction matching and compliance modules
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Oracle ARCS Certification is a plus
- Lead end-to-end implementations and support for Oracle EPM ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)
- Configure reconciliation types, profiles, formats, and automation rules
- Integrate ARCS with Oracle Fusion ERP and/or other ERPs (SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
- Design and implement data flows using Data Management or FDMEE
- Support reconciliation compliance and transaction matching modules
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to streamline month-end and quarter-end close
- Conduct user training, testing (SIT, UAT), and prepare documentation
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls related to reconciliation processes
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing ARCS system support
