The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up with the backing of an experienced and well-resourced recruitment firm. As our Senior Sales Leader, youll spearhead the launch and growth of our Ontario operations, focusing on client acquisition, revenue generation, and team leadership in the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the start-up of a new staffing division in Ontario, with full support from senior leadership.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
- Build and manage client relationships, focusing on long-term partnerships and strategic growth.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance team of recruiters and sales professionals.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth division integration and alignment.
- Track KPIs and provide regular performance reporting to executive leadership.
- Represent the brand at industry events and client meetings across the region.
What Were Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales within the staffing/recruitment industry. Life Sciences expertise.
- Proven track record of success in business development, client relationship management, and revenue generation.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a start-up-like environment.
- Experience launching or growing a new market or business unit is a strong asset.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Based in Ontario with the ability to travel regionally as needed.
