Job Description

Our client, a leader in financial software, is hiring a BPO Analyst to join their team in Toronto, CAN!

**This is a 2-month IC/T4 contract with paid holidays**

As the BPO Analyst, you will initiate and manage outbound call campaigns for a defined customer base as well as create a standardized, comprehensive guide/playbook that outlines the current operational landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project execution team to ensure the maintenance and updating of campaign lists
  • Develop operational playbooks for product support functions across International and Emerging Markets
  • Collaborate with product support operations teams and leadership internationally to gather input on current support channels, operational processes, and hours of operation.
  • Work closely with BPO partners to understand their specific requirements and integrate their needs with internal objectives within the playbooks

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with customer support operations with BPO experience
  • Ability to manage projects, coordinate with different team members, and ensure the timely completion of the playbook development
  • Ability to assess and analyze data, spot trends, and think critically to develop effective strategies and solutions for customer support operations.
