Our D2C channel combines an expert-led shopping experience with a growing e-commerce platform, offering our curated skincare selection and advanced treatments to a broader audience.

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support both the B2B and D2C sides of our growing business. This is a hybrid role perfect for a creative, organized, and digitally-savvy marketer with a passion for skincare and beauty.

The ideal candidate understands how to move between creative execution and strategic thinking, whether it's building an email campaign for spa clients, prepping a new product launch for e-comm, or updating Shopify with branded visuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations for both B2B and D2C
  • Coordinate and execute email campaigns (Klaviyo or similar)
  • Assist with social content planning, briefing, and scheduling
  • Update and optimize content across Shopify, including landing pages, product pages, and banners
  • Prepare marketing assets for product launches, education, events, and seasonal campaigns
  • Support the creation of training tools, sales materials, and printed collateral for wholesale clients
  • Assist with influencer gifting, PR coordination, and digital advertising campaigns
  • Analyze and report on basic marketing KPIs (email performance, website traffic, etc.)
  • Work cross-functionally with design, e-commerce, and sales teams
Who You Are
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or retail
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Passionate about beauty and skincare
  • Bonus: experience in luxury or niche beauty brands, or working with both B2B and D2C models
