Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively engage prospective customers via phone and email to recommend the most suitable products and solutions.
- Follow structured sales processes using prepared profiling and qualifying scripts to influence purchasing decisions and customer retention.
- Accurately document customer interactions, profiling data, cross-selling results, and marketing activities in the CRM system.
- Maintain operational excellence by adhering to sales procedures and reporting necessary updates or changes.
- Deliver high-quality customer service that aligns with company standards and ensures satisfaction.
- Stay current with product knowledge by participating in regular training sessions, reviewing technical publications, and attending customer-facing events when needed.
- Support team objectives and contribute to overall sales targets and strategic initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone-based sales or customer engagement roles.
- College/University diploma in computer science, electronic related program is preferred.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and provide solution-based selling.
- Strong closing skills with a results-driven and performance-focused mindset.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and a collaborative team player.
- Basic understanding of networking or technology solutions is preferred.
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic data entry.
- Employment history reference check, criminal check and credit check will be required.
