Currently, we are seeking a high energy, successful IT Networking and Cloud solutions sales professional to join the growing team in Canada.

Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively engage prospective customers via phone and email to recommend the most suitable products and solutions.
  • Follow structured sales processes using prepared profiling and qualifying scripts to influence purchasing decisions and customer retention.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, profiling data, cross-selling results, and marketing activities in the CRM system.
  • Maintain operational excellence by adhering to sales procedures and reporting necessary updates or changes.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service that aligns with company standards and ensures satisfaction.
  • Stay current with product knowledge by participating in regular training sessions, reviewing technical publications, and attending customer-facing events when needed.
  • Support team objectives and contribute to overall sales targets and strategic initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone-based sales or customer engagement roles.
  • College/University diploma in computer science, electronic related program is preferred.
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs and provide solution-based selling.
  • Strong closing skills with a results-driven and performance-focused mindset.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and a collaborative team player.
  • Basic understanding of networking or technology solutions is preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and basic data entry.
  • Employment history reference check, criminal check and credit check will be required.
