Role OverviewWe're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take charge of our supply chain operations across multiple distribution centers and global manufacturing partners. This Vancouver-based role is both strategic and hands-on — from optimizing inventory for 100+ SKUs to leading a growing team of supply chain pros. You'll report directly to company leadership and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our operational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage relationships with 7+ global manufacturers and shipping partners
- Maintain 90–120 days of inventory coverage across all SKUs and sales channels
- Oversee forecasting and demand planning across TikTok Shops, Amazon FBA, and ShipBob
- Negotiate supplier terms to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
- Proactively develop contingency plans for viral spikes in product demand
- Lead and grow a team of three supply chain professionals
- Collaborate with product development teams on upcoming launches and restocks
- Maintain target inventory levels (90–120 days on hand)
- Reduce costs through successful supplier negotiations
- Achieve high forecasting accuracy across all channels
- Prevent stock-outs for top-performing SKUs
- Mitigate risk and maintain supply flow during high-volume demand surges
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in inventory management and demand forecasting
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Team leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
- Extremely organized with sharp attention to detail
- Experience in physical goods supply chains (e-comm preferred)
Experience & Education:
- Junior to mid-level experience in supply chain management
- Based in Vancouver (local residency required)
- Previous experience managing inventory for physical product brands
