We are hiring for a company in the transportation industry with an immediate opening for Dispatch Support in Mississauga, ON!
Start Date: Immediately
Shift: Monday-Friday, 12:30pm-9:00pm
Location: Mississauga, ON
Rate: $20-$22/hr
Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the Driver Communication Board
• Respond promptly to driver, customer, and team inquiries via phone and email
• Entre pickups received through email and phone calls
• Prepare and manage daily operational reports
• Support the Dock Office with manifesting and dispatch operations
• Close dispatch and ensure all end-of-day tasks are completed
• Assist with other tasks as directed by the Manager

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or administrative support is considered an asset
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
