Our company serves the Tri-Cities and North Shore communities and is hiring General Laborers - Power Washing Technicians in both areas. The specific locations are:

• North Shore: West Vancouver and North Vancouver
• Tri-Cities: Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, and Maple Ridge

Techs can dispatch from their homes, allowing for flexibility and convenience. We're offering a base pay of $22.00 - $30.00/hour and performance bonuses for productivity, upsells, and Google reviews. You typically work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Overtime is available.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR GENERAL LABORER - POWER WASHING TECHNICIAN

Working outside with the latest equipment and technology, you elevate our clients' homes through exceptional exterior detailing and fixture installation services. From washing windows and pressure washing surfaces to cleaning gutters and expertly installing outside Christmas lights during the winter, you consistently deliver a stunning new look for each home. No matter what comes your way, you rise to the occasion, treating every customer with the utmost respect and professionalism.

Here's what we need from you:

• General labor experience in a field like landscaping, roofing, construction, etc.
• Comfort working from heights
• Residence within the Tri-Cities or North Shore area
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to perform labor tasks like bending, lifting, and using tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of labor or customer service experience
• Ladder experience
• Friendly personality and strong communication skills
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
