Role Summary

The CTO defines and executes the companys technology vision, leads innovation, and ensures alignment with business goals and AWS partnership standards. The CTO is also directly responsible for the leadership and performance of the pre-sales, delivery, and PMO (Project Management Office) teams. The CTO has a player-coach mentality and is not afraid to roll up his/her sleeves and lead pre-sales calls for strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technology strategy and roadmap, prioritizing AWS cloud solutions, GenAI and company's other offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the technology, pre-sales, delivery, and PMO teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Oversee pre-sales activities, ensuring technical solutions align with client requirements and supporting the sales process with solution design and presentations.
  • Ensure successful project delivery by managing the delivery and PMO teams, driving quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with AWS and other partners, integrating new AWS services into offerings.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, and delivery teams to align technology initiatives with business goals and client needs.
  • Optimize resource allocation, technology budgets, and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the company as a technology thought leader at industry events and with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as CTO or senior technology leader in IT consulting or cloud-focused environments.
  • Deep expertise in AWS technologies and partner programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership of pre-sales, delivery, and PMO teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.

  • *Preferred Certifications:
    AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar AWS credentials.
