Job Title: Bilingual Collector (AR)

Location: York Region, ON

Length of Assignment: Temporary - Permanent

Salary: $28.50/hr

Our client in York Region is looking for a Bilingual Collector (AR).

Job Responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls to customers to obtain payment on past due invoices
• Negotiate payment plans
• Investigate and resolve and invoice issues
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Update all correspondence with customers
• Provide monthly updates on progress with customer accounts
• Monthly reporting

Qualifications:

• Must be fully bilingual (French/English) with strong verbal and written communication skills
• 2 + years of relevant collection experience
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills (v-loop ups & pivot tables)
• College or University diploma/degree an asset
