Our client provides a turnkey Customized Marketing System powered by the most advanced Loyalty Program available to Independent Business Owners today. We are seeking a relationship-driven Customer Success Specialist to help clients fully leverage their marketing system while identifying upsell opportunities to enhance their success.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring they maximize the system's benefits.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, providing strategic value and support.
- Conduct monthly check-ins to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Identify upselling opportunities to help clients achieve greater success.
- Work autonomously while collaborating with a tight-knit team (8+ year average tenure).

- Sales-driven approach – ability to upsell while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
