Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment where versatility and adaptability are key! We are seeking an Administrator Coordinator with personal administrative responsibilities to keep our operations running smoothly while wearing multiple hats.
Responsibilities
- Personal Administration: Manage the owner's calendar, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Event Support: Tracking and scheduling appointments for the casting director
Assist in casting events, liaising with vendors, and coordinating logistics.
Use Canva to post listings.
Corresponding with film productions, contractors, and vendors.
- Marketing & Social Media: Support marketing efforts, keep Social Media postings updated
- Financial Administrative Tasks: Utilize Excel and QuickBooks for inputting banking data, tracking invoices, and working with vendors
- Data Entry & Organization: Handle general administrative duties, maintain records, and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative coordination, preferably in a dynamic workplace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and social media management.
- Familiar with Intermedia, Microsoft 365, Google suite, Box, Slack
- Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination and team collaboration.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
This is a Full-Time and On-Site position at $28/ hr
