Job Description

MPOYNT is putting together a dynamic and results driven Hardware Fulfillment team to hep our clients successfully adopt end-point management, both as a technology product and a productivity tool.

As a Hardware Fulfillment Specialist, you will support all aspects of the Hardware Lifecycle, including inventory tracking, device setup, shipping/receiving, repair escalations and environmentally friendly disposal of end-of-life hardware.

This is a full-time, in-person role located in our Toronto, ON office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage inventories for all inbound/outbound shipping materials, IT assets, and peripherals.
  • Provision, stage, and kit smartphones, tablets, desktops, laptops, and network equipment before shipping.
  • Monitor ITSM for service request assignments and respond promptly according to service levels.
  • Log all end-user, asset, and shipping details in service requests.
  • Generate waybills, packing lists, and commercial invoices for domestic and international shipments.
  • Liaise with partners to process RMA, warranty, and maintenance repairs.
  • Collaborate with Project and Service Management teams to troubleshoot and resolve device image issues.
  • Perform standard testing to identify and decommission beyond repair or end-of-life hardware.
  • Lead and support periodic inventory audits.
  • Stay updated with operational procedures to ensure compliance with onboarding/offboarding requirements.
  • Contribute to team discussions and provide feedback for process improvements.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of iOS, Android, Windows, and MacOS operating systems.
  • Advanced analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Practical knowledge of supported hardware, operating systems, network, and communication equipment technologies.
  • Experience with MDM/EMM solutions.
  • Understanding of ITIL best practices and Service Management platforms.
  • Experience navigating Wireless Carrier portals.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
  • Open to travel (approx. 25%).
