JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global seeks a Director of Transformation to join one of Canada's top banking clients. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee the organization's integration and optimization of fragmented technology and systems. This role involves managing transformations across portfolio management, trading execution, transfer agencies, system re-platforming, and system consolidation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in connecting and integrating business-managed applications and streamlining fragmented processes and systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven leadership and management experience in transformation roles.

• Strong understanding of portfolio management, trading execution, and transfer agencies.

• Expertise in system re-platforming and consolidation.
