Job Title: IT Support Technician (On-Site, Contract)

We're hiring an IT Support Technician to join our team at our Distribution Center on Annacis Island. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting daily warehouse operations.

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on support for desktop hardware (PCs, printers, scanners, barcode readers)
• Troubleshoot basic network issues, including patch panel wiring
• Resolve application issues for end users
• Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain staff to ensure smooth tech operations

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in desktop and peripheral support
• Basic networking knowledge
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Prior exposure to warehouse or supply chain environments is a plus

This is a 6-month contract to start, with standard weekday hours (Mon–Fri).
