Role Overview
We're looking for a highly organized and action-oriented Partner Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of key deliverables for our institutional partners. You'll be responsible for coordinating articles, webinars, and campaign support activities that directly impact how our partners engage with newcomer audiences. This role is central to delivering on our commitments while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own project timelines for partner-facing initiatives such as webinars, articles, display ad campaigns, and social boosts.
- Coordinate and contribute the development of content for client campaigns, presentations, and internal/external strategy sessions.
- Execute campaigns using third-party tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Jotform, WebinarJam, Zapier, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google AdManager 360, Teams, Meta Ads, Canva, etc.
- Track and report on campaign performance using a variety of third-party reporting tools.
- Analyze campaign results and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, partnerships, marketing coordination, or project support.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, content, and partner teams.
- Excellent communication skills demonstrated in previous work experience.
