We're growing, and we're looking for a Project Manager who combines delivery experience with the mindset of a strategic advisor—someone who can lead with both process and presence.
Role Overview
As Project Manager, you'll lead key mandates from early planning through construction and closeout. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage consultants and contractors, and help uphold the delivery standards that define Peakhill. You'll be deeply involved in scope alignment, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder coordination—and supported by a best-in-class internal methodology designed to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Manage projects through all stages: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, handover, and closeout
- Lead consultant and contractor coordination, RFIs, change orders, and documentation review
- Oversee procurement: tender strategy, bid evaluation, recommendations, and award
- Administer contracts and vendor scopes with attention to compliance and delivery integrity
- Track budgets, schedules, and quality benchmarks; flag deviations early and proactively manage resolution
- Conduct site visits and reporting to ensure field progress aligns with overall plan
- Lead handover, deficiency management, and project closeout, including lessons learned
- Comply with company processes for execution approach and adhere to internal forms, templates, and workflows.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the client in all matters of project execution
- Maintain excellent relationships with consultants, landlords, municipal authorities, and other third parties
- Act as a proactive advisor—surfacing risks, solving problems, and protecting the client's interests
- Regularly provide clear, forward-looking updates to clients, ensuring visibility across schedule, cost, risk, and quality
- Contribute to business development and pitch preparation when required
Team & Culture Leadership
- Mentor junior staff and promote knowledge-sharing
- Uphold the company's core values of structure, transparency, and client alignment
- Participate in refining internal tools, templates, and processes to help scale delivery excellence
- Champion a solution-driven mindset and a culture of accountability
Qualifications & Experience
- 5-8 years of project management experience in real estate development, construction, architecture, planning, or consulting.
- Experience working as an Owner's Representative or Client Advisor is a strong asset
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- PMP designation (or working towards it) is considered an asset
- Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office, MS Project, and web-based collaboration tools
- Proven ability to manage large consultant and contractor teams across complex scopes
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
