Position Overview

Are you passionate about designing high-impact integrations that bridge platforms and unlock new value for enterprise customers? Introhive is looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager, Integrations, for a 6-month full-time contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent role.


In this dynamic role, you will own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and delivery of integrations that connect the Introhive platform to key third-party solutionsespecially within the legal tech ecosystem. Youll partner with cross-functional internal teams and external technology partners to build scalable, intuitive integration experiences that enhance user workflows, accelerate time-to-value, and drive platform adoption.


This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our product landscape while shaping how clients interact with our data across their most critical systems.

Responsibilities

Integration Strategy & Execution

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all Introhive integrations.
  • Translate customer workflows, market needs, and technology trends into integration use cases, business requirements, and user stories.
  • Drive prioritization based on client impact, partner opportunities, and long-term value.

Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration

  • Lead collaborative planning and development efforts with engineering, from early design through testing and release.
  • Partner with third-party vendors and platforms to co-develop or support integrations using Introhive APIs.
  • Develop integration guidelines, sample use cases, documentation resources, and partner enablement materials.

Market Insights & Thought Leadership

  • Engage directly with customers, prospects, and partner teams to gather feedback and uncover integration needs and friction points.
  • Work alongside Product Marketing and Customer Success to launch and scale integration features that resonate with target users.
  • Establish go-to-market messaging and positioning strategies aligned to integration capabilities and value propositions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, ideally at a B2B SaaS company with client/partner-facing experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-value integrations, managing API-driven solutions, or working with integration platforms (e.g., iPaaS).
  • Previous exposure to legal tech integrations (e.g., Litera Foundation, Concep, Vuture) is a strong asset.
  • Technical familiarity with integration methods, API protocols (especially RESTful APIs), data mapping strategies, and software development best practices.
  • Strong understanding of agile development processes and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Highly organized with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced product environment.
