What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing our product story to life, from how it works to how it's experienced and marketed. This role leans heavily into product marketing design, helping to shape how our platform is understood, adopted, and valued by customers. You'll work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive visuals and compelling narratives.

In this role, you will:

• Support sales and marketing efforts with compelling product marketing visuals that communicate value, spark interest, and support engagement across a variety of channels and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product to understand upcoming features and translate them into clean, compelling visual stories
• Maintain visual consistency across SuiteSpot's design system, balancing product UI and marketing brand assets
• Contribute to SuiteSpot's product marketing and design process by sharing fresh ideas, asking questions, and supporting continuous improvement
  

This is a role for someone who can take initiative, iterate fast, and help make technical products easy to understand and exciting to use.

Whether you've been at a top firm or built your portfolio independently, what matters most is the quality of your work and your drive to keep improving.

You will be a great fit if you:

• You know your way around Figma and Adobe like it's second nature, and you're the type to try out the latest AI design tools just to see what's possible
• Have 3+ years of UX/UI design experience (post secondary education, courses/certifications count towards this)
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and can turn ideas into visuals
• Can manage your own time and move fast without sacrificing quality
