About The Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

• Data cleanup and management of existing accounts
• Identifying upselling opportunities within existing accounts and routing to the appropriate account executive for further development and closure.
• Identifying key players within existing accounts and generating interest in additional services.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Working with Marketing to identify possible targeted campaigns within our existing accounts
• Handling Small inbound leads and seeing them through from intro to closure ( 5 vehicles or less/10 cards or less)
• Performing outbound cold calls and emails to potential suspects – when identified as a prospect, routing to the appropriate account executive for further development and closure.
• Assisting in widening brand recognition through the use of social media
• Presenting weekly activity report and recording in CRM
• Providing support on an ad-hoc basis to the sales team.

Skills:

• Excellent bilingual communication skills ( French and English) – both verbal and written
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Extensive customer service experience a must
• Ability to manage time and multi-task.
• Be a self-starter and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of CRM (SalesForce)
• Comfort in making cold calls in a B2B Setting
• Creativity and flexibility as required.
