Accountable for maximizing sales potential by coaching associates' behaviours on the sales floor, setting expectations and ensuring execution. • Create a fun, interactive atmosphere—complete with live in-store demos

• Coach your team to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics

• Maintain high operational standards across all areas of the store

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of retail management experience

• A strong customer-first mindset and engaging communication style

• Proven ability to inspire and develop top performers

• Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Experience with live product demonstrations is a bonus
