We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Business Partner (HR Generalist) who will work alongside our Vice President, People and perform as an internal consultant and vital employee resource, leading key HR initiatives and supporting the growth and development of our diverse and talented dealership teams. What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform HR functions across a group of dealerships, ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals.

• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring the attraction of high-quality candidates across roles, including Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration.

• Support onboarding processes to provide new hires a seamless and positive experience.

• Collaborate on training and development programs to enhance team capabilities and employee engagement.

• Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to dealership managers and employees in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

• Lead compliance efforts across all locations, including JHSC training, Health & Safety board updates, monthly inspections, and safety meeting follow-ups.

• Handle sensitive employee relations issues with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.

• Ensure adherence to policies, practices, and employment legislation across Canada.

• Maintain accurate employee records within our HRIS system (HR4).

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in automotive, retail, or service industries.

• CHRP/CHRL preferred.

• Solid knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and health & safety standards across Canada.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

• Tech-savvy and proficient in HR software, HRIS systems (like HR4), and Microsoft Office.
