Harley Davidson Winnipeg is seeking a skilled and motivated Parts Manager to lead our parts operations and deliver top-tier service to riders, technicians, and enthusiasts alike. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department, including retail, service, and wholesale parts sales

• Lead and mentor a team of parts staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficiency

• Manage inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and returns to optimize stock

• Collaborate with Service and Sales departments to ensure seamless internal parts flow

• Maintain accurate records, pricing, and parts catalogues

• Create promotions and merchandising strategies to drive sales

• Ensure the department complies with dealership policies and Harley-Davidson brand standards

• Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting to management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a parts management role (powersports or automotive preferred)

• Strong knowledge of parts inventory systems and DMS platforms

• Excellent leadership and team-building skills

• Proven track record of customer service excellence and sales growth

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand is an asset
