The Techno Manager will lead the technical and operational transfer of mid-fuselage manufacturing from Place A to Place B.
This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution to ensure a seamless transition while maintaining quality, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Transfer Planning: Develop and implement a structured transition plan.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure all engineering, tooling, and process documentation is accurately transferred.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams in both locations.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to aviation regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs to ensure a smooth transition and optimize production efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, Aerospace, or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in aerospace manufacturing, work transfer projects, or technical management.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mid-fuselage assembly, tooling, and production processes.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead complex work transfer initiatives.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with CAD, PLM, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in aerospace work transfer projects.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and process optimization.
