Title: Senior Systems Analyst

Duration: 12-Month Contract with opportunity to renew or convert to perm

Location: Hybrid/ Mississauga (3 days/week on-site)

Our client, a fast-growing fintech company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance its core lending platform. This is a high-impact role in a tech-forward environment where your work will directly support innovative financial products built to improve access and inclusion for everyday Canadians.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement system-level changes that improve performance, scale, and customer experience across our lending systems.

What You'll Do

• Analyze system needs and design efficient interfaces between key platforms
• Translate business requirements into detailed system specs and technical documentation
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and architecture teams across multiple projects
• Support data and system migrations, enhancements, and integrations
• Conduct code/design reviews and participate in QA/UAT cycles
• Propose scalable solutions and participate in roadmap planning
• Identify project risks and support mitigation planning

What You Bring

• 5+ years in systems analysis or a related technical role
• Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server) and working knowledge of PLSQL
• Strong experience with enterprise financial systems, especially loan/credit platforms (Wealthview Banking or Ovation) and troubleshooting within applications.
• Hands-on exposure to development languages like JavaScript or XML
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira/Confluence
• Nice-to-haves: exposure to Salesforce, API platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), or architecture documentation tools
