About the Role
This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced Plant Manager to take full ownership of operations, development, and financial performance for one of our client's major upcoming facilities. You'll guide the project from pre-operational phases through to full-scale production, while fostering a strong performance and safety culture across multiple departments including EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety), production, maintenance, and quality.
You'll also lead the integration of business systems, digitalization initiatives, and community and regulatory engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project and global functional teams to ensure operational readiness
- Develop and implement operational procedures and training programs
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team in partnership with HR
- Lead daily plant operations and support cross-functional teams
- Oversee budgeting and achievement of financial targets
- Ensure adherence to EHS and operational KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and plant profitability
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including community and authorities
- Actively participate in strategic meetings and performance reviews
EHS Responsibilities
- Model and enforce EHS policies and practices across the plant
- Lead by example to build a strong, incident-free safety culture
- Ensure employee training on EHS policies is up-to-date and effective
- Promptly identify and address safety and environmental concerns

- Ability to build external relationships and navigate local regulatory environments
