Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer located in Toronto, ON. The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for executing test cases, ensuring quality assurance, conducting manual software testing, and overseeing the entire software testing process. The candidate will work closely with the development team to identify and troubleshoot issues, ensure software quality and compliance, and maintain detailed and accurate testing documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in the video surveillance industry.
• Experience working with IP cameras.
• Understanding of ONVIF, RTSP, MP4 and corresponding testing tools.
• Understanding of HLS, DASH, WebRTC formats.
• Test Execution, Manual Testing, and Software Testing skills
• Experience with Quality Assurance and ensuring compliance
• Ability to develop and maintain detailed test cases
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
