Role: Architecture Governance Analyst
Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)

Summary:
We're seeking an Architecture Governance Analyst to support architectural governance processes, ensure compliance with standards, and drive continuous improvement. This role works closely with architects and stakeholders to maintain governance documentation, monitor adherence, and support assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support governance forums and ensure clear stakeholder communication
- Align architectural practices with internal policies and standards
- Contribute to architecture maturity assessments and gap analysis
- Maintain documentation (meeting minutes, reports, updates)
- Track compliance, report risks, and monitor improvements
- Support enhancements through feedback and industry research
Qualifications and Skills:
- Solid knowledge of governance frameworks, policies, and best practices
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in collaboration tools like Jive, SharePoint, or Confluence
- Basic understanding of enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF or similar)
- Experience in data governance and architecture-related activities
- Familiarity with compliance tracking and risk reporting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in global teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
