About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Site Superintendent to oversee large-scale construction projects valued at $250 million and above. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering excellence in construction management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily activities of all trade contractors and suppliers on-site.
• Track and report progress against the master schedule.
• Plan, schedule, organize, and control construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Subcontractors, Owners, Engineers, and Architects.
• Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate trades to ensure seamless integration of work.
• Enforce corporate Health & Safety protocols.
• Identify and resolve issues with efficient, cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including daily reports, as-built drawings, and labor logs.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience managing construction projects with budgets of $250 million+.
• 10-15 years of experience in a construction site superintendent role working on ICI projects.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a construction-related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and multidisciplinary teams.
