Description
- Manage and grow a defined territory of retail and distribution partners
- Develop account plans that maximize revenue, margin, and in-store presence
- Launch new products and promotional initiatives with retail partners
- Monitor inventory, performance metrics, and retail execution standards
- Identify market trends and provide strategic feedback to the national sales team
- Train in-store teams on product knowledge and brand standards
- Represent the brand at trade shows and regional retail events
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in general merchandise, consumer goods, or premium retail
- Proven track record of territory growth, relationship management, and meeting/exceeding targets
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to travel within the territory (approx. 20%)
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with retail analytics and CRM tools considered an asset
