Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the project schedule, ensuring adherence throughout the high-rise construction lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team, providing regular updates on project status, potential delays, and scope changes.
- Lead and manage a dedicated project team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Engage in the coordination of trades and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships to optimize project efficiency and mitigate issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on site.
- Actively monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise to maintain workflow and meet project objectives.
Skills and Experience:
- Construction Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing high-rise construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage project teams effectively, ensuring that projects meet set goals and deadlines.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and trades effectively.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in a project management role within the construction industry, particularly with high-rise or residential/commercial construction.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
