Position: Project Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the project schedule, ensuring adherence throughout the high-rise construction lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team, providing regular updates on project status, potential delays, and scope changes.
  • Lead and manage a dedicated project team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Engage in the coordination of trades and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships to optimize project efficiency and mitigate issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on site.
  • Actively monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise to maintain workflow and meet project objectives.

Skills and Experience:

  • Construction Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing high-rise construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage project teams effectively, ensuring that projects meet set goals and deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and trades effectively.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in a project management role within the construction industry, particularly with high-rise or residential/commercial construction.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.

  • Project Management, High-Rise Construction, Scheduling, Coordination of Trades, Commercial and Residential Projects, New Build, Renovations, and Safety Compliance.
