Job Description

Role: Business Lead Analyst (Capital Market)

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: Full time

Qualifications:

  • Person with 6-10 years of experience, working in similar roles across banking or services technology; Knowledge of Corporate banking and trade finance is preferred Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Regulatory project handling experience
  • Experience in Capital Markets/Products
  • BA financial applications
  • Regulatory project management experience or experience in Capital Markets/Products
  • Data Lineage, Data Quality Issue handling, DQ Rules knowledge preferred
  • Experience with databases, SQL and BI tools
  • Ability to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines
  • Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
