Group Air and Registration Manager

Hybrid – Toronto-based (2 days in office/week)

About the Role

We're seeking a Group Air and Registration Manager to own and optimize all aspects of group air logistics and participant registration for complex corporate incentive programs. You'll act as the strategic lead across airline negotiations, travel manifests, Cvent registration builds, participant communications, and on-site execution planning.

This is a leadership role that demands precision, adaptability, and outstanding client service. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients to deliver unforgettable event experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end group air logistics including sourcing, pricing, booking, ticketing, seating, and post-event reconciliation
• Oversee participant registration builds and workflows (primarily in Cvent), ensuring data accuracy and a seamless user journey
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate group contracts with airlines and travel partners
• Troubleshoot registration and air travel issues with confidence and calm under pressure
• Maintain high data integrity across systems and generate reports for stakeholders
• Mentor and manage a team of air and registration specialists
• Participate in client meetings, offering expert consultation on best practices and logistics strategy

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in group air travel planning at an incentive house, airline, or Travel Management Company
• Mastery of GDS systems (e.g., SABRE)
• Experience with Cvent or similar platforms
• Proven success in contract negotiation and budget oversight
• Exceptional project management skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
• Strong leadership qualities — you can motivate, delegate, and execute
• A proactive, consultative mindset with excellent communication skills
