Full-Time | Reports to: Business Leader (Founder/CEO)

Your technical expertise and organizational skills help you thrive in dynamic fast-paced work environments?

We need a Business Operations & Executive Coordinator to work alongside our business leader who manages various ventures and special projects. Your responsibilities will include project execution and vendor coordination and KPI tracking and executive support. We are seeking a systems builder who thinks ahead and prefers diverse responsibilities to join our team.

What You'll Do:

  • The position requires coordination of projects and operations and client workflows between essential business functions.
  • The development of Microsoft 365 systems (SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Automate, OneNote, Outlook) requires your expertise.
  • You should create and monitor KPI/KRI dashboards while establishing operational standard operating procedures for consistency.
  • The role involves managing communication with vendors and contractors together with creative teams (SEO, dev, design, accounting, finance).
  • The business leader depends on you to handle their calendar management and email correspondence and daily task organization and follow-ups.
  • The position requires support for event planning activities that include meetings and virtual and in-person team sessions as well as travel arrangements.
  • The position requires assistance with marketing coordination as well as client onboarding and documentation workflows.

What We're Looking For:

  • The position requires at least three years of experience in business operations and project coordination and executive support roles.
  • The ability to maintain organization and technical proficiency while delivering high-quality work with detailed accuracy.
  • You possess the ability to handle deadlines and manage vendors and client deliverables with confidence.
  • The ability to be administratively strong and disciplined is key to this role, while self-learning and problem solving is key to be successful.
