This is an in-office role that brings structure and daily collaboration.

As the first point of contact, the Client Service Representative, will assist members and clients with inquiries related to health, dental, vision, and pension benefits. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Respond to member and client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate information about benefit plans and assist with enrollment.
  • Maintain and update member records.
  • Log and track inquiries using a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with team to resolve any problems and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Ensure professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Perform general administrative support as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–3+ years of customer service experience (preferably in benefits, insurance, or healthcare).
  • Knowledge of benefit plans and claims processes is a strong asset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
