To be come a Territory Sales Manager, you will start by learning:

• Engaging with customers to understand their telecommunications needs, answer questions, and guide them toward the best service options.
• Recommending and selling Rogers' latest internet, TV, and wireless services by highlighting key features, benefits, and promotions that align with customer preferences.
• Ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience by providing clear explanations, addressing concerns, and making the purchasing process smooth and stress-free.
• Keeping up with product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to confidently present solutions, stay competitive, and maximize sales opportunities.
• Learn how to build and manage a sales team
• Collaborating with the Rogers Sales Representative team to share strategies, maintain motivation, and consistently exceed sales goals.
