What Youll Do

As an AZ/DZ Operator, youll be the frontline hero ensuring smooth operations for industrial, commercial, and residential drainage systems. Key responsibilities include:

Equipment Operation

• Operate Water Truck, Street Sweeper, and Vacuum Truck equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of the equipment to ensure safe and proper functioning.
• Perform hydro excavation and industrial cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.

Safety and Compliance

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  
• Follow company, industry, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  

Document and Reporting

• Complete job tickets, work orders, and other necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  
• Maintain records of job activities, including time spent, materials used, and any incidents or challenges encountered.
  
• Report project progress, equipment issues, and any client concerns or feedback to the supervisor.

Must-Haves

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as an AZ/DZ Operator
• Valid AZ/DZ driver's license with a clean driving record.
  
• Knowledge of hydro excavation and industrial cleaning techniques, procedures, and best practices.
  
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow safety guidelines strictly.
  
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  
• Detail-oriented and able to complete documentation accurately.
  
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor
  
• Flexibility to work on-call, weekends, and overtime as required.
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Valid certifications or training related to hydro excavation and industrial cleaning are an asset.
