Job Description

They seek an experienced, dynamic Store Manager to lead their store operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring a high-performing, customer-centric environment while driving sales and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or wholesale management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creating a positive shopping experience.

Description

Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient management of resources and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain high standards in store presentation and visual merchandising.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Schedule shifts and manage payroll, ensuring optimal staffing levels.

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Inventory & Financial Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and conduct regular audits to minimize loss.
  • Analyze sales reports, set performance goals, and implement strategies to achieve targets.

Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staffing for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in retail or wholesale store management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in retail management systems and basic financial analysis.
