**This role is based in the scenic Fraser Valley, and we are looking for a candidate who is open to relocating to the Greater Vancouver area in beautiful British Columbia.**

Are you a strategic and hands-on HR leader passionate about shaping culture and driving organizational effectiveness? Our client, a growing national organization, is seeking a Senior Manager, People & Culture to help lead and evolve their HR function as they continue to expand across Canada.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this role will partner closely with leaders across the organization to drive talent strategy, enhance employee experience, and build a high-performance, values-driven culture. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is ready to make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, helping to align people strategies with business goals
  • Lead initiatives across talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, organizational development, and employee relations
  • Drive change management and workforce planning efforts, supporting the evolution of the organization
  • Oversee and continuously improve onboarding, training, and succession planning programs
  • Support compensation, benefits, and compliance practices in alignment with current legislation and internal objectives
  • Leverage HR data and insights to inform decision-making and recommend improvements

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong experience in talent management, employee relations, change leadership, and organizational development
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices across multiple provinces
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to solving complex challenges
  • Experience working in multi-site, operational environments is considered an asset
