Who You Are
You are an experienced insurance professional with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the industry. You have a strong technical background in risk advisory and account management, with a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships. What You Bring
- Level 2 Insurance License
- 5-10+ years of experience in insurance, with expertise in Auto, Property, Liability, and Directors & Officers coverage considered an asset
- Strong technical knowledge of insurance programs, contract analysis and risk management strategies
- Exceptional relationship-building and client-management skills
- Ability to develop and present strategic insurance solutions
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a willingness to mentor and coach others as well as participate in special projects as required
- Progress toward or completion of CIP, CRM or CAIB designation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Epic
