• Lead a portfolio ICI Projects for the company!

This established, reputable Construction Firm with a proven history of delivering complex construction projects across various sectors including: Commercial, Industrial & Institutional, are seeking their Senior Project Manager who will be fast-tracked to Project Director position in a very quick timeframe; this person will also have a team built around them.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, for a portfolio of high-profile ICI projects
• Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
• Providing expertise and guidance on ICI construction methodologies, material selection, and value engineering solutions
• Developing and implementing project strategies to achieve project goals within budget and schedule constraints

Experience needed:

• 15 years construction industry experience
• 8-10 years experience as a Senior Project Manager
• Proven expertise in ICI construction
• Strong leadership skills, whilst also being a team player
