To ensure the continued momentum of the business and the Finance and Accounting team, they are looking for a leader in Accounting to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and assist in pushing the business forward.

Responsibilities

Oversight of all accounting operational functions

Assist with financial planning

Manage the accounting team

Year-end audit and tax planning & filing

Monitoring internal control systems

Oversee budget forecasting and cash flow management

Preparation of financial reports

Advise senior leadership team with cost reporting and financial analysis

Ensure government compliance in all tasks

Process improvements where needed

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Accounting or Finance

4+ years proven accounting experience

1+ years proven people management experience

Professional accounting designation

Superior communication skills

Proficiency with current financial software

Experience working in the commercial property management space
