The opportunity

We are looking for an energetic and driven Recruitment Manager to join our team, to source, attract and interview top candidates for our clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and attracting top talent candidates for a variety of clients
  • Interviewing, assessing, and profiling candidates for clients and the senior recruiting team
  • Building a talent network through a variety of creative and strategic recruitment techniques including referrals, social media, direct sourcing, networking and others.
  • CRM and recruitment workflow management
  • Providing an exceptional customer service and counsel to our candidates, associates, and clients
  • Work collaboratively across the organization to contribute to and support client projects as needed
  • Attending networking and industry events as well as client meetings

The ideal candidate:

  • A resilient, self-motivated and sales-oriented individual with experience in full-cycle talent acquisition and/or executive recruitment.
  • A strong customer focus (candidate and client) with a proven ability to quickly establish trust and credibility and build lasting relationships
  • Analytical with solid business acumen, comfortable leveraging data (qualitative and quantitative) to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvement
  • A confident, flexible and empathetic communicator
  • A creative and effective storyteller who can engage potential candidates and get them excited by new opportunities
  • Exceptional project manage and problem solver with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a lean and entrepreneurial environment
  • A positive, energetic, ambitious, collaborative and entrepreneurial-minded self-starter with the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions
  • Is adaptable and can thrive in a growing, fast-paced organization
