Iris's Direct client, a highly diversified financial services provider based in Canada is looking to hire a UX / Design Manager for a Long-Term Contract / Full Time opportunity.

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (3 days from office)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee the design aspects of product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Proficient in design, prototyping, and project management tools: Figma, MURAL, Adobe Creative Suite, Confluence, JIRA etc.
• Mastery of visual design skills (i.e., grids, balance, color theory), excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the principles of atomic design, including symbols, layer styles, and variables.
• Extensive experience working with and growing a design library, as well as creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems.
• Strong knowledge and application of AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) guidelines and WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) to ensure designs are inclusive and accessible to all users.
