Duration : 12 months

Job Description:

We are looking for a QA Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a solid understanding of QA processes to join our Capital Markets technology team. This role does not require deep automation expertise but will involve executing pre-built automation tools and performing detailed manual testing. You will be working on a reporting tool, validating the accuracy of system outputs by comparing UI states and identifying discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual test cases with high attention to detail, focusing on identifying UI deviations before and after changes.
  • Use existing automation frameworks to run test scripts—no development required, but understanding of test execution is expected.
  • Test a reporting tool that integrates with various capital markets systems; validate data accuracy and functional correctness.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected outcomes.
  • Review QA artifacts, participate in QA lifecycle activities, and support documentation of test results and sign-offs.
  • Adapt to fast-paced delivery cycles with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when interpreting UI results and system changes.
  • Experience in manual testing, including regression and exploratory testing.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Java, Cucumber, Selenium) for execution purposes only.
  • Prior Capital Markets experience is required—understanding of trading workflows, financial data, or reporting in capital markets systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring accuracy and consistency across system outputs.
