- Lead front-end development of the customer dashboard, enabling real-time configuration and monitoring.
- Design and implement scalable backend APIs (REST/GraphQL).
- Build AI-driven pipelines for call transcription, NLP, and summarization using serverless functions.
- Own data architecture: design schemas, manage migrations, and enable data analytics.
- Collaborate closely with founders and early customers to translate real-world needs into intuitive product features.
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping web applications, with strong capabilities across frontend and backend.
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern front-end framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Solid knowledge of server-side programming in any language (Python, Go, Ruby, Java, etc.).
- Experience building REST or GraphQL APIs and designing relational schemas.
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders.
- CS degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on AI/ML features, especially in NLP or voice.
- Experience in early-stage startups owning end-to-end product areas.
- Familiarity with their current stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, Python, AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB), or GCP equivalents.
- Based in Ontario, Canada and authorized to work in Canada.
